We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director - Ports and Maritime to lead our maritime business in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping the growth of our existing maritime business in Victoria and across the wider region.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients and industry partners, providing technical leadership in the maritime sector, and leading complex maritime projects across the region. You'll also be instrumental in developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team and driving business development activities from opportunity identification through to project securing.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a solid career in consulting in the maritime structures sector, with experience in technical, delivery, and client-facing activities. You should be familiar with Australian and local codes and technical standards applicable to marine structure design, as well as international codes and standards relevant to the maritime business.
