The Opportunity

Fitness Consultants are the driving force behind our success. They interact with our members and inspire them to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same as a Consultant. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to sales using promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Involve yourself actively in retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset – provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
  • Gift for communication – talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive – goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
  • Team player – rally through the hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer focused – build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
