About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of the APAC marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving demand generation and growth across the region.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, APAC, you will work closely with regional sales leaders to develop and execute multichannel acquisition and retention marketing strategies aimed at aggressive performance targets. You will lead the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels, identifying the right mix of marketing channels, tactics, and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals.

  • You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and programs, staying on top of industry trends, technologies, and new features in online advertising, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate.
  • A strong focus on data-driven decision-making will be essential in this role, leveraging analytics and metrics to measure campaign success and inform future marketing initiatives.
About You

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record in demand generation and marketing strategy development. With 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, you will have a strong understanding of marketing channels, tactics, and technologies. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively partner with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results.

  • You will bring a customer-oriented mindset, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • An extremely detail-oriented and strong project management skillset will also be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
