Job Summary

The Government Division is seeking a highly experienced Bid and Tender Professional to join their team. This role involves the end-to-end management of government tenders, bids, and procurement submissions.

The Role

This individual will play a pivotal part in coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines, ensuring that high-quality proposals are delivered on time.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing government tender portals from start to finish
  • Interpreting requirements and preparing tailored bids for relevant opportunities
  • Writing, editing, and formatting responses to tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules, and a library of templates and collateral
  • Driving continuous improvement across tender processes, systems, and tools
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience in tender writing, bid coordination, or grants
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Project management ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
