Scheduling Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage clinic schedules by planning and coordinating therapy team bookings.
- Provide guidance and support to team members by reviewing data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with clinic obligations, including record-keeping and working closely with the client engagement team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering is essential.
- Superior organizational and time management skills are required.
- A strong understanding of computer systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo, or Salesforce, is necessary.
- Precise attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
- The ability to manage competing priorities is vital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to create logical solutions.
