Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Globe Home Timber & Hardware. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High level of product knowledge, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
