Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist with receiving and processing stock, including unpacking pallets and organizing stock on shelves.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of hardware and building materials, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
