Job Title: Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of 180 properties based on the Lower North Shore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small portfolio of 180 properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of all aspects, including arrears, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Oversee ingoing and outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Previous property management experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in managing high-end portfolios.
  • Ability to deal with high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
