The Australian Family Partnership Program aims to improve maternal and child health by offering a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and personal satisfaction.
As a Registered Nurse/Midwife or Aboriginal Family Partnership Worker, you will develop long-term relationships with clients to support them in recognizing their strengths, building skills and confidence, accessing services, and improving their life course.
You will work closely with eligible women from early pregnancy until their child turns two, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.
- You will work one-on-one with clients to identify their needs and create tailored plans to meet those needs.
- Our team provides access to Congress health services for you and your family at no cost, ensuring you have the resources you need to thrive.
- You will receive 11.5% superannuation and district allowance and Remote Benefits, supporting your financial well-being and career growth.
