Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations at our 3PL/4PL warehouses to secure the service to the customer and continuous improvement.
Manage the daily workflow of the billing and sales order processing to ensure that all client invoices are created accurately.
Ensure that the appropriate level of financial control exists while order processing to avoid any chances of revenue leakages or defalcation.
Work to resolve exceptions and queries from sales teams/customers/tender teams in case of special tender orders having complex requirements.
Design and prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports that identify key indicators of operating performance.
Manage import and export processes with partner freight forwarders to secure the appropriate inventory movement, including custom clearance and smooth operation.
Ensure that ConvaTec's logistic suppliers (3PL/4PL) logistics providers, market transportation carriers, customs brokers) are aligned with the Regional Supply Chain strategies for distribution and movement.
Ensure accurate SAP logistics parameter setup.
Ensure relevant SOPs and WIs are up-to-date, complying with ISO certification requirements and Internal Audit policies.
Collaborate and support planning teams with any planning-related activities, such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Strategic Inventory Management, and any projects.
Support supply chain leads for the strategic development and execution of the distribution network, aligning with commercial requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and pricing.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in business or related field (or equivalent based on experience).
2-3 years of experience across critical Supply Chain areas (Supply Planning and Execution, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Management, Customer Service).
Hands-on experience in working on above Supply Chain roles.
Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority, building consensus through collaboration across functions and all organizational levels.
Intermediate data analytics capabilities.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP transactions, reports, and capabilities.
Intermediate MS Office skills, with a particular strength in Excel and BI tools.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work to tight deadlines, prioritize work, and deliver to set expectations.
Responds resourcefully, flexibly, and positively when faced with new challenges; perseveres and modifies approach when met with resistance. An ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Minimum functional/technical work experience and skills necessary for efficient role performance.
IT/systems skills and relevant experience.
Soft skills and competencies essential for success in the role.
