About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Coordinator to join our Jacqui E team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of production, including initial concept and development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Line ManagementCreating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
  2. Delivery SchedulingMonitoring daily delivery schedules
  3. Supply Chain LiaisonProviding a key link between the production department and supply chain
  4. Support to the Product TeamSupporting the Product team with range and garment story boards
  5. Supplier LiaisonLiasing daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
  6. Production SchedulingManaging the production schedule and associated administration
  7. Quality ControlAdvising on Quality Control issues, problem solving and processing returns
  8. Delivery TrackingMonitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Production Assistant/Supply Coordinator role or in an administrative capacity within a buying team is preferable
  2. Great attention to detail and works well under pressure
  3. Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
  4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
