Job Summary

The Role of Strategic Financial Leadership

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead our strategic financial planning, budgeting, management, and reporting. This includes capital planning and facilities management, as well as risk management.

Additionally, you will be a key member of the Finance and Infrastructure Committee, and the Audit and Risk Committee.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead a team of over 35 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with proven experience as a strategic CFO in a large and complex organisation.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
