Swimming Instructor Role

We are seeking a dedicated swimming instructor to join our team. As an essential member of the aquatic program, you will teach effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.

This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for swimming and enjoy working with children and adults alike. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues will be vital in this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive swimming lessons
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Certificate IV in Teaching or Education
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
