We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Delivery Lead to support a high-profile government department. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for managing client engagement, overseeing delivery excellence, and driving outcomes that align with the client's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the principal liaison between our organization and the government department.
  • Lead the delivery of complex programmes and services, ensuring alignment with client expectations, policy objectives, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Oversee delivery teams, ensuring high performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across all engagements.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and assurance to internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support business development by identifying areas for growth and contributing to proposals, presentations, and strategic planning.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client delivery or account leadership roles within government or public sector-facing organizations.
  • Deep understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with a track record of working with senior decision makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on value creation and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to operate in fast-paced, politically sensitive environments.
