Relationship Manager

As a dedicated liaison, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with assigned customers. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for escalated queries, responding promptly and professionally via calls and emails.
Key responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data from business systems to provide essential information on customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will prepare and present weekly KPI reports to ensure contractual targets are met.
Additionally, you will investigate, follow up, and close non-conformance reports (NCRs) in line with company procedures and timelines. Effective communication is crucial, as you will need to convey customer requirements to Centurion's Operations team to guarantee all contractual KPIs are understood and achieved.
You will also resolve customer issues and complaints in accordance with established procedures, collaborating with relevant managers and internal departments as necessary.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, enabling you to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Able to work autonomously while fostering effective relationships.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
