Our organization is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to manage our grounds maintenance team in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance works and supervising a team of professionals.

">Key Responsibilities:

The Grounds Maintenance Team Lead will oversee the following tasks:

">
  • Using whips and blowers to control vegetation and debris">
  • Operating mowers to maintain large open areas">
  • Assisting with other grounds maintenance activities as required">
  • Managing the delivery of works on site to ensure productivity and efficiency">
  • Recording job information on an iPad, including photographs, work logs, pre-starts & labor entries">
  • Performing general maintenance on plant and equipment">
  • Ensuring all safe work practices are followed">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A valid Construction White card">
  • A manual driver's license is essential">
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively use an iPad to capture information">
  • Flexible approach and a positive attitude">
  • Excellent teamwork skills">
  • Willingness to participate in our comprehensive onboarding process, which includes pre-employment medicals, reference checks, qualification assessments, online inductions and more">
