The Role: We currently have a new vacancy available for a Grounds Team Member who will be responsible for delivering Grounds Maintenance works as part of a wider team.
You will work at a variety of Sydney Water locations & travel between multiple sites within Western Sydney.
This role will also include carrying out regular grounds maintenance activities.
Responsibilities will include: Work as part of a team to deliver works safely and to meet quality requirements Use of whips and blowers to manage vegetation and debris Operate mower to mow large open sites Assist as required in other grounds maintenance activities Occasionally assist in other areas of maintenance activities due to business needs Perform general maintenance to plant and equipment Perform pre-start inspections and follow safe work practices What you will need: Construction White card Manual Drivers licence & own transportation is a must Flexible approach and a positive attitude A team player Be willing to partake in our on-boarding process which includes pre-employment medicals, reference and qualification checks, online inductions Prior experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not required Ability to successfully pass police and medical check requirements Benefits If you have experience in this area and are willing to contribute as part of a high performing team with a positive attitude, this is a perfect role for you.
