Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced grounds maintenance professional to lead a team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance personnel, ensuring safe, efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain high standards of lawn maintenance by inspecting sites regularly and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities, enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Evaluate and improve equipment performance, arranging for repairs as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in turf management is highly regarded.
  • Proven proficiency in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain and sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Drivers' license.
