About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our Albury Branch team. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Technicians, ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling of their time, and maintaining the invoicing of work orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign jobs and work areas to Service Technicians according to their skills and knowledge
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule Service Technicians' time, while maintaining the invoicing of work orders in a timely manner
  • Supervisory responsibilities such as managing performance, absence and gaps in technician skill set
  • Proactively seek customer feedback, anticipate problems and respond promptly
  • Respond and follow up on employee issues and concerns
  • Review all repair work orders for accuracy and completeness concerning parts, materials and labor and approve the release of equipment for delivery to the customer
  • Work with the Branch Manager of Supervisor in all aspects of the Service Department
  • Meet with Branch Manager on a regular basis to review Department performance, profitability, efficiencies and personnel matters

Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory / management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop your team.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the design and function of John Deere and Vermeer equipment will be highly regarded
  • A current and valid drivers licence.
