Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project daily management and reporting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance project processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely, budget-friendly project delivery meeting customer needs.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, providing insights and identifying new business opportunities.

This remote-based role reports directly to the CEO, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, developing estimates and plans based on requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee content production, such as product demos, eLearners, and 3D renders, from briefing through execution.
  • Establish and manage project processes from initiation to closure, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • IDentify and manage risks proactively, resolving issues swiftly.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, scope, and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
  • Manage team workload and morale, assign tasks, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
  • Deliver regular project status reports to clients, management, and teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate project processes and outcomes, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team in progressing opportunities through the pipeline.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different customers
  • Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software
  • Strong content production/producer experience, ideally in 3D/CGI technology
  • Able to work during Australian business hours
  • Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, tools, and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Rail industry experience and knowledge would be highly advantageous
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
