Job Description

The Senior Implementation Consultant is a pivotal role in delivering accounting software solutions to clients. This position requires extensive knowledge of the application and expertise in implementing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale implementation projects, spanning multiple sectors, for invoice-to-cash solutions.
  • Drive and manage all implementation milestones to completion within schedule, scope, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop thorough documentation throughout the implementation process, including billable hours, Salesforce notes/documentation, expense management, etc.
  • Utilize business acumen, Accounting/Finance Industry knowledge, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and become an application expert addressing client use cases and business challenges.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with client contacts, executive sponsors, and management during project duration and post-delivery transition.
  • Elicit, document, interpret, and translate client business requirements or high-level requirements for application configuration and testing solutions.
  • Respond to client communications and proactively research, resolve issues, and provide best practices with urgency and customer service.
  • Manage project deliverables from beginning to end, defining and confirming scope, ensuring clear specifications meet expectations.
