Nurse Service Provider

Harbourside Port Stephens has a long history of delivering high-quality nursing services to our community clients. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care.
As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care tailored to individual needs. This will involve monitoring vital signs, responding to changes in health status, administering treatments such as injections, wound care, and medication management, supporting chronic disease management, and providing palliative care and support for patients with life-limiting conditions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess current registration with AHPRA, sound knowledge of current clinical practice, and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a strong commitment to person-centred care and empathy with the needs of the elderly.
