Urgent Care Healthcare Provider

As a Casual Urgent Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring all patients who present to the Urgent Care Service are identified as being appropriate for the service.
About the RoleOur team is seeking an experienced nurse to provide front-line care in collaboration with the Urgent Care medical practitioner. You will be responsible for triaging all patients who present to Urgent Care, conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing triage, and performing procedural work such as suturing and plastering.
Your Responsibilities- Triaging of all patients who present to Urgent Care
- Conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing triage
- Performing procedural work such as suturing and plastering
You will also have the opportunity to enhance your skills, work autonomously, and delegate when appropriate.
Requirements- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in triage within an emergency department or ICU preferred
