Equipment Technician

A challenging opportunity has become available for a skilled and experienced Equipment Technician to provide technical support services and advice to customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the world's largest and most technically advanced equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment faults in a timely manner, inspecting plant and equipment for conformity, liaising with clients to request required spare parts and planning, and diagnosing faults of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for troubleshooting, and sound Microsoft Office skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly
  • Inspect equipment for conformity
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary spare parts and plan maintenance
  • Diagnose faults of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
  • Perform regular servicing of all site OEM equipment
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical
  • Previous experience working with Liebherr equipment is advantageous
  • Hold a High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP & Working at Heights
