The role of a Payroll Administrator involves overseeing the entire payroll process from start to finish. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and other benefits to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions, including salary/wages, benefits, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other adjustments with precision.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system issues and implement necessary updates efficiently.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc payroll reports to support business needs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Broad understanding of complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and awards.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
