Inventory Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory plans to meet our sales and margin targets.

Your primary focus will be on leading a team of inventory officers in maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory, and developing plans for maintaining inventory levels to support replenishment and promotional sales models.

You will also be responsible for developing service level reporting to evaluate supplier compliance, reviewing orders and delivery schedules to ensure they meet delivery requirements, and communicating with suppliers on pricing accuracy or order status updates.

In addition, you will be expected to recommend improvements to inventory management systems and processes, train and supervise inventory analysts, and present weekly reports to the Commercial Director on inventory levels, overdue orders, and risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory management, strong Excel skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and initiative and drive.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise Planning, Buying, and Store Operations, to ensure the delivery of inventory plans and achieve business objectives.
