Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Residential Asset Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilize their expertise and knowledge to manage local relationships and assets, focusing on strategic value addition to assigned properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with investment teams to understand asset positions in their respective markets from a leasing and investment perspective, considering factors like governmental initiatives and public infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Asset Management: Oversee asset management to strategically position the BTR/Residential portfolio and add value.
  2. Budgeting and Performance Reporting: Prepare annual budgets and report on performance against targets.
  3. Partnership Development: Build internal and external partnerships to create opportunities and execute business strategies.

The ideal candidate will have superior tertiary qualifications in property, finance, business, or a related discipline, and at least 7 years' experience in the property sector in an asset management or investment role within residential/BTR asset class.

  • Experience: At least 7 years' experience in the property sector in an asset management or investment role within residential/BTR asset class.
  • Skill Set: Strong people and relationship management skills, sound knowledge of Australian property markets, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
