Business Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Bradnam's Windows and Doors in Ashmore, Gold Coast. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 based on industry standards and the company's previous job postings.
About the RoleThis key position will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing department in Ashmore. As a Business Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner;
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Bradnam's products and services;
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes;
- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork;
You will work closely with our credit department and contribute to achieving sales targets. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will make you an asset to our team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in administration and customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software;
