Chief Financial Officer Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing a team of over 35 employees. The CFO oversees the organisation's strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting; capital planning and facilities management; and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic financial planning and budgeting to drive organisational growth
  • Effective financial management and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Capital planning and facilities management to support business operations
  • Risk management to mitigate potential threats
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Business or Finance
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant qualifications
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance and NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • A current driver's licence
