About this role:

As a Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within our clinical care setting. You will use your clinical expertise, leadership and communication skills to oversee and inspire our care team.

You will work with a team of people who deliver individualised care by promoting residents' dignity and protecting their choices.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A registered nurse qualification with three to five years of experience
  • Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience leading a team in an aged care environment and complex clinical care setting
