Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our General Insurance team. As an integral part of our practice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing files and documents, including opening and closing matters
  • Providing exceptional diary management and administrative support
  • Handling calls with clients, Courts/Tribunals, other law firms, and third parties
  • Drafting and amending correspondence
  • Preparing and filing court documents
  • Collating briefs to Counsel and medical experts
  • Performing accounting duties, including invoicing and bill preparation

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills, including Adobe Pro and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated initiative
