Coastal Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Coastal Engineer to deliver coastal and maritime engineering services to government, port authorities and private sector clients. The role may be based in multiple locations including Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities- Lead scoping and management of metocean studies
- Design marinas and small craft facilities
- Plan and design coastal and maritime infrastructure for ports, resources, water infrastructure, aquaculture and renewable energy sectors
- Deliver coastal and maritime projects in line with health, safety, environment and quality policies and procedures
- Prepare proposals, fee estimates and programs for consulting projects
- Communicate with clients for service delivery, networking and business development
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and supervision for junior engineers
- Undertake travel as required
- Degree qualified in Civil, Structural or Maritime Engineering
- 6+ years' commercial experience in a similar role
- Established knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures and port engineering
- Experience managing project deliverables from start to finish
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior report-writing competencies
