Senior Coastal Engineer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping and managing the production of metocean studies
  • Marina and small craft facility design
  • Planning and design of coastal and maritime infrastructure for the ports, resources, water infrastructure, aquaculture and renewable energy sectors
  • Manage the successful delivery of coastal and maritime projects in line with HSE and QA policies and procedures
  • Preparation of proposals, fee estimates and programs for consulting projects
  • Liaises with clients for service delivery, networking and business development
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and supervision for junior engineers
  • Some intra and interstate travel as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Civil, Structural or Maritime Engineering (or Similar)
  • A minimum of 6+ years' commercial experience in a similar role
  • Established knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures and port engineering
  • Experience managing project deliverables from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and superior report-writing competencies
