Senior Coastal Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Coastal Engineer.
This position involves delivering coastal and maritime engineering services to government, port authorities, and private sector clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage metocean studies for various projects
- Design marinas and small craft facilities
- Plan and design coastal and maritime infrastructure for ports, resources, water infrastructure, aquaculture, and renewable energy sectors
- Ensure the successful delivery of coastal and maritime projects in line with health, safety, and quality policies and procedures
- Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and programs for consulting projects
- Maintain effective communication with clients for service delivery, networking, and business development
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision for junior engineers
- Occasional travel may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or equivalent)
- A minimum of six years' commercial experience in a similar role
- Established knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures, and port engineering
- Experience managing project deliverables from start to finish; experience working on Western Australian projects would be highly beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior written communication abilities
- Ability to undertake occasional travel
