Expert Strategy Professionals Sought

We are looking for seasoned strategy experts to join our Sydney or Melbourne team as Senior Associates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with client teams, bringing expertise to guide engagements.
  • Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Possession of passion for continuous growth and professional development.
