**Event Management Expert**

Job Description:

We are seeking an Event Management Expert to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating events and ensuring seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent event knowledge, previous experience, and a warm and welcoming demeanor. They will be responsible for greeting customers during the event phase, preparing the experience, and building relationships with hotel departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure events progress seamlessly by following established procedures.
  • Greet customers during the event phase and prepare the experience before handing it off to the operational teams.
  • Use your judgment to integrate current trends in event management and design.
  • Build relationships with hotel departments and clients.
  • Communicate client requests to operational teams effectively.
  • Consult with the Executive Chef on menu variations and guest requirements.
  • Quote, negotiate, and contract catering and wedding events.
  • Coordinate social and catering events.
  • Conduct onsite inspections with confirmed clients.
