Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our Investment Services department as an Assistant. This role will provide daily administrative support to the Head of Asia Markets and team of agents, facilitating the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives.

This is an autonomous role that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of assignments, including:

  • Coordinating the preparation of reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Preparing campaign-related documents, such as sales and marketing proposals, capability statements, and vendor reports.
  • Actioning client requests and managing client liaison as required.
  • Maintaining internal databases.
  • Coordinating client meetings, functions, and events, including organizing catering and room bookings.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • InDesign experience is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin language.
  • A client-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Please note that this role requires a client-orientated approach and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
