Your New Role
As Team Assistant within the Investments Division, you'll play a vital role in supporting senior leaders and the broader team to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns for members. You'll provide high-level administrative support, coordinate meetings and travel, and contribute to operational excellence across the division. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. This role is a 6 month contract opportunity.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and the wider Investments team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate complex meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings and expense processing in line with policy.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and file management to support investment operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and enhance team efficiency.

- Previous experience in team support roles within finance or superannuation, with proven administrative capability.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, with strong planning, organisation and time management abilities.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, a problem solver and an ability to manage competing priorities.
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.

Your New Role
As Team Assistant within the Investments Division, you'll play a vital role in supporting senior leaders and the broader team to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns for members.
