**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading investment advice firm that focus on intergenerational wealth planning, investment strategy, tailored portfolio construction and investment management. They are looking for an adviser assistant passionate on investments and looking to progress into an adviser in the next 3+ years. They support with studies and also will be great if you have already started your FASEA approved educational requirements.

Our clients focus on UHNW wholesale clients and are are looking for an Investment Adviser Assistant to join their team in the Sydney office and support one Adviser. You will be working closely with the adviser to produce strategies, attend meetings with clients and meetings with the investment committee.

**The Role**:

- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Training to be put on a PY and progress into an adviser
- Prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
- Investment reporting, unit pricing, understand performance IM reviews, liaise with fund managers
- Generate and distribute SMSF investment strategy documents to clients
- Execution of share trades via broker and wrap platforms
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client's superannuation/investments
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- ADFP or DFP qualified with a degree
- Open to an Economics/Actuarial/Finance Graduate keen pursing investment financial planning
- Hold 12+ months years experience as an Adviser Assistant
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
