Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers the possibility of permanency after 6 months, contingent upon business requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing credits and invoices
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Supporting DC queries, supply chain matters, and sales queries on stock reconciliation
- Assisting with order investigations
Key qualifications include:
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Proven proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Limited phone work is involved with this role
A hybrid work model is available, offering flexible start and finish times (7am-9am - 3pm-5pm) and an immediate start.
