**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book and coordinate internal and external transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of all transport activities.
- Perform data entry into relevant systems for transportation tracking.
- Generate and analyze DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) reports to monitor and improve delivery performance.
- Process and manage invoices related to transportation services.
- Oversee pallet management and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain and update Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Receive and process incoming raw materials upon arrival.
- Conduct monthly meetings with transport companies to review performance and address operational issues.

This role ensures that transportation operations are streamlined, costs are managed, and service levels meet company standards.

**Key Attributes**:

- **Skills**: Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and TMS software; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and time management to ensure efficiency in transportation and delivery operations.
- **Organization**: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, including load planning and timeslot management.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work seamlessly with other teams to drive operational success and improve performance.
