Distribution Dispatcher Opportunity

This position involves coordinating the distribution of products from our warehouse to various clients across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, preparing delivery documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

  • Manage inventory levels and undertake regular stocktakes
  • Prepare and dispatch delivery documentation to drivers
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and reconcile PODs (Proof of Delivery)

The ideal candidate will have a high level of administration experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills. They will also be highly organized, able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
