- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and presentation.
- Contribute to Ventia's Food Safety Program by identifying hazards, applying controls, and documenting incidents as required.
- Assist in mobilising staff, equipment, and facilities during surge operations or emergency contingencies.
- Australian recognised Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous proven experience in a similar role.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation, and statutory obligations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to hold a Defence Security Clearance as an Australian Citizen.
