Administrators in the kitchen brigade are responsible for supporting special diets and general kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline dietary information for accurate sharing across kitchen sections.
  • Proactively contact guests with special dietary needs.
  • Contribute to weekly Operations meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Monitor and record Food Safety data and report to the Chef Tournant.
  • Provide administrative support to the Food Safety and WHS Sous chef.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have high-level literacy and numeracy skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and intermediate Microsoft suite of products skills.

You must be able to work effectively both autonomously and within a small team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
