Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering critical data migration services. The successful candidate will ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our data migration landscape by leveraging expertise in data technologies and leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Focus: Develop data migration strategies aligned with organizational goals, support the Corporate Markets technology roadmap, drive continuous improvement, and optimize team performance.
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, identify and address training needs, conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development.
  • Operational Management: Oversee ETL processes across multiple platforms, manage stakeholder relationships, develop test procedures, recommend improvements to ETL tools, and maintain documentation.
  • Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements, own and resolve risk and audit items related to data migration, and maintain adherence to best practices.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills in a complex environment.
  • Expertise in delivering data migration initiatives with strong stakeholder management.
  • Solid technical experience with data migration tools such as Oracle, SQL, and Informatica essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Technical Experience

We prefer candidates with:

  • An in-depth understanding of database architectures, data validation, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of structured programming methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with data cleaning, updating, and management techniques.
