**How you'll make an impact**:
**What you'll do**:

- Greeting all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Attending to inquiries over the phone and in-person in a timely manner
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the entire office, including liaising with internal staff
- Ensuring our front office is always well presented.
- General Administrative tasks
- Prepare and file documents in accordance with requirements
- Ensure all stationery ordering system and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Provide administration support to other team members
- Assistance during shows and promotions & events
- Assist with client testimonials & vlog recordings
- General data entry across all the businesses

**To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Reception and telephone skills & manners
- A passion to provide good customer service
- Effective interpersonal skills, with a team mindset
- Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be capable of driving.
