We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to community safety by proactively motivating and engaging prisoners on parole. This role offers ongoing support and development opportunities in a full-time, ongoing position based in Werribee.
About the Role
This involves identifying risk escalation behaviors and responding appropriately in consultation with managerial staff. You will also be responsible for interviewing and assessing prisoners on parole to produce quality reports to the APB, and assessing and referring prisoners on parole to appropriate programs and specialized services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case management of complex and high-risk clients
- Develop and implement best practice risk and therapeutic initiatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
