
Community Parole Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to community safety by proactively motivating and engaging prisoners on parole.
This role involves identifying risk escalation behaviors and responding appropriately in consultation with managerial staff, interviewing and assessing prisoners on parole to produce high-quality reports, and assessing and referring prisoners on parole to appropriate programs and specialized services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- experience in the case management of complex and high-risk clients
- knowledge and experience in best practice risk and therapeutic initiatives
- excellent verbal and written communication skills including detailed report writing experience
