Leadership in Branch Operations

Spearhead the national branch operations to achieve timely, efficient and cost-effective delivery of vehicles to customers.

  • Coordinate multi-site teams to drive productivity, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop streamlined processes to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Liaise with logistics, sales and customer service teams to optimise delivery scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch teams to meet delivery targets and productivity benchmarks.
  • Implement operational excellence initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain safety, regulatory and company standards while achieving goals.
  • Oversee short- and long-term resource planning to ensure optimal workflow and outputs.

You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction and operational excellence. Collaborate with Operations leaders to design a best practice logistics model aligning with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and multi-site operational management experience.
  • Proven ability to increase productivity and drive continuous improvement in logistics or vehicle delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
