Job Title: Sportsground Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Sportsground Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for performing works related to turf management and mowing of allocated Open Space Sportsground sites.

The successful candidate will have experience in mowing and park maintenance operations, including tractor and boom spray. Certification in Sports Turf Management and Chemical User qualifications are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of turf, including mowing, improvement works, machine operations, and machinery maintenance
  • Weed spraying and monitoring of irrigation systems
  • Accurate recording of work using technology
  • Identification and resolution of day-to-day work problems
  • Maintenance of good relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in mowing and park maintenance operations
  • Certification in Sports Turf Management (desirable)
  • Certification in Chemical User
  • Traffic Management
  • A full driver's license and good driving record
